We are Together Trust. We value and support people with disabilities, complex needs and autism across North West England.

We provide residential care, community support and special education to individuals and their families. This includes those with behavioural problems, learning difficulties, physical and learning disabilities, complex health needs and autism spectrum conditions. We also provide support services to families and run a not-for-profit fostering agency.

The Community Support and Residential Services team at Together Trust provides tailored residential care and community support to individuals with disabilities, complex needs, and autism. This includes direct care and assistance, mental health support, and specialized learning support for both children and adults. The team constantly strives to improve the quality of life for service users by offering professional, passionate, and supportive care in both residential and community settings.
