Barbara Zarankin

Barbara Zarankin has over 19 years of experience in human resources and operations management. Barbara is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Together Women's Health, where they focus on building a patient-centric company culture. Prior to this, Barbara worked as the Vice President of Operations at Renewal Medical Management, where they managed interdepartmental communication and provided strategic direction for sales and marketing. Barbara also conducted an operational and cost analysis for call center operations. Barbara's experience also includes serving as the Vice President of People and Direct Business Operations at Global LT, Inc., where they were responsible for all aspects of global HR and collaborated with executive leadership on talent management and compensation. Barbara also worked as the Global Director of Human Resources at the same company, where they implemented a compensation study and revamped the performance review process. At Lifestyle Lift, Barbara held the positions of Vice President of Culture and Learning, where they provided leadership to align organizational values and develop talent, and Executive Director/Director of Human Resources. Barbara developed key HR strategies and maintained compliance with employment laws across multiple locations. Barbara started their career as the Human Resources Manager at Peninsula Plastics Company, Inc., where they implemented employee referral programs, improved hiring practices, and negotiated benefit contracts.

Barbara Zarankin completed their undergraduate education from 1995 to 1999 at Michigan State University, where they studied Business Administration. Barbara went on to pursue a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. In 2007, Barbara obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Barbara also holds a SPHR Certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
