Matt Doan

Matt Doan is currently the Chief Engineering Services Officer and Director of Engineering Programs at Toho Water Authority. Prior to this role, Matt served as the Principal Civil Engineer at Reedy Creek Energy Services, Director of Public Works and Deputy Public Works Director at City of Deltona, and Project Engineer at Tetra Tech and Post Buckley Schuh & Jernigan Inc (PBS&J). Matt holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the same institution.
