Katy Shaw

Katy Shaw, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Tohono Chul Park since March 2022, bringing extensive experience in operational management and human resources. Prior to this role, Katy was the Executive and Operations Coordinator at the Women's Foundation for the State of Arizona from September 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included recruitment and onboarding. Katy's earlier experience includes positions as Office Manager at Susan G Komen- Southern Arizona and as Office Manager and Executive Board Coordinator at The Junior League of Tucson, Inc. With a background in customer service and technical support at Intuit and JPMorgan Chase, Katy also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Brown Mackie College. Additionally, Katy completed a certificate in Human Resource Management through Coursera.
