Dan Minnaert

Dan Minnaert is a Partner at TOK Commercial, a commercial real estate brokerage. Dan has over 25 years of experience in the industry, having worked with corporate clients such as Micron, ConAgra Foods, and St. Luke's. Prior to TOK Commercial, Minnaert was a Broker/ Office Specialist at Colliers-International. Before that, they were a Product Manager and Key Accounts Manager at Salomon, where they launched several successful products including X-Scream, Prolink, SnowBlades, and others. Minnaert began their career as a Technical Representative at Brav, where they were trained by Swix Sport USA to teach ski waxing and tuning techniques to ski shops, race teams, and others.

Dan Minnaert has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University-Sacramento. Dan is also certified from SIOR.
