Adi Ben Or has been working in the field of cyber security since 1997. Adi began their career as a Network and Communications Technician at Smile Telecom Limited in 1997. In 1998, they joined Verint Cyber Intelligence as a Customer Support Engineer, and by 2000, they were promoted to Deployment Team Leader. In 2017, they moved to Cyber Security as a Customer Success Manager and in 2020, they were appointed as Head of Customer Success at Toka.

Adi Ben Or has an education history that includes a BA in Business Management from The Open University of Israel (1998-2005), a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from ISC (2017-2020), a Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (PMI) (2012-2020), a Certified Electronics and Computer Technician from Mosinzon Hod-Hasharon Israel (1991-1994), and a Certification in Ethical Hacking and Countermeasures from EC-Council, Singapore (2017). Adi also obtained a CISSP certification from (ISC)\u00b2 in June 2017.
