Aaron Michalove

Aaron Michalove has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Aaron currently serves as the Director of Information Technology at Tokai Carbon CB since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Enterprise Systems at Meriton from January 2021 to October 2022.

From August 2010 to December 2020, Aaron Michalove worked at Texas AirSystems as the Director of Information Systems. In this role, they were responsible for setting and executing the multi-year strategic vision for Information Systems and overseeing IT operations and business process improvement teams.

Before their stint at Texas AirSystems, Aaron Michalove served as the Director of Software Development at NextCorp from January 2008 to July 2010. Aaron primarily focused on utilizing software to solve business problems and improve inventory management processes.

From November 2004 to December 2007, Aaron Michalove worked as the Practice Manager of Web Application Development at Sohopros. Aaron'sresponsibilities included managing a consulting team, handling business development and project management, and developing web and C/S applications.

Earlier in their career, Aaron Michalove gained experience as a Web Developer Consultant from 2001 to 2004 and as a Systems Engineer at Blue292 Inc from 2000 to 2001. Aaron also worked as a Web Master at Inmar from 1999 to 2000, where they led a team in delivering B2C eCommerce solutions.

Aaron Michalove's earliest work experience includes roles as a Systems Analyst and an intern at Wachovia Bank from 1995 to 1999.

Aaron Michalove earned a Graduate Business Analytics Certificate Program (GBACP) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business in 2012-2013. Additionally, they obtained an Executive Education Certificate in Accounting and Finance from the same institution during the same time period. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Computer Science from Washington and Lee University from 1994-1998. Aaron also holds several certifications, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Customization and Configuration, SmartConnect for CRM, ITIL v3 Foundation, CRM Advanced Customization, CRM Advanced Configuration and Troubleshooting, Vistage Key Group member, and Microsoft Certified Professional.
