Harriet Allen

Harriet Allen possesses extensive experience in business development and project management, having held key roles at Tokamak Energy and Rolls-Royce. As Vice President of Business Development & Sales at TE Magnetics from June 2021 to January 2025, Harriet built upon previous positions including Business Development Manager and Program Manager. Prior experience at Rolls-Royce from September 2015 to June 2021 included roles as Project Manager, IPT Lead, and Project Management Graduate, with an early internship in project management. Harriet's academic background includes an MSci in Physics, specializing in Particle Physics, from University College London, complemented by earlier education at South Wilts Grammar School.
