Matthew has led the Dorilton Capital team since its inception in 2009 and is Chairman of Williams Grand Prix Engineering Limited. Prior to founding Dorilton, Matthew was with Rothschild for 22 years in both London and New York advising various clients regarding M&A and restructuring transactions. Matthew has a BA from Oxford University where he studied Physics and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
