Thomas Anderson

Thomas Anderson is a seasoned professional in strategy and business development, currently serving as the Head of Strategy & Business Development at Tokamak Energy since September 2022, where the focus is on building global partnerships for fusion power commercialization. Previously, Thomas held leadership roles at Grid Edge, including Director of Partnerships and Chief Executive Officer, where efforts centered on creating partnerships towards achieving Net Zero and scaling up an innovative AI platform for energy optimization. Thomas also contributed to the European Bioenergy Research Institute and Aston University's School of Engineering & Applied Science, managing business development and commercial opportunities in innovative energy technologies. Thomas’s background includes experience in low carbon eco-innovation projects with International Synergies Limited and policy development for energy infrastructure with Advantage West Midlands. Thomas holds a degree in Geography, Earth & Environmental Science from the University of Birmingham.
