Gunnar Larsén

Gunnar Larsén has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Gunnar is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at Tokenovate since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Ecosystem Officer (interim) at TAAL Distributed Information Technologies from September 2022 to January 2023. From December 2020 to September 2022, they worked as the Head of Strategy & Operations/Chief Product Officer at Glisser, where they focused on creating unique event experiences. Before that, they were the Vice President - Sales & Marketing at GeoSpock Ltd. from March 2018 to September 2020, where they played a key role in developing cloud-native analytics solutions. Gunnar also has experience at Falcon Media House, where they held the position of Global Head of Brand/Chief Product Officer from September 2016 to March 2018. Additionally, they worked at 7digital, serving as the Vice President - Partnerships and New Business from December 2015 to August 2016, Vice President - Products from August 2013 to December 2015, and Board Observer from October 2012 to August 2013. Prior to that, they held the position of Director, Content Provider Services EMEA at Dolby Laboratories from August 2011 to August 2013, and Global Sales Director/TIDAL at Aspiro from June 2010 to August 2011. Gunnar also has experience at RealNetworks, where they held various roles including Director, Strategic Accounts from January 2008 to June 2010 and Director Mobile Games, Head of Sales EMEA from April 2005 to June 2007. Finally, they started their career as the Head of Marketing at Mobile Innovation Ltd from March 2003 to April 2005.

Gunnar Larsén obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Business from Lund University, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. Gunnar also attended Birmingham-Southern College from 1990 to 1991, majoring in Political Science and Government. In 1994, Gunnar briefly studied International Business & Marketing at the University of Münster. Additionally, Gunnar Larsén has obtained several certifications, including the Bitcoin Theory Certificate 1 from Bitcoin SV Academy in September 2022, the Introduction to Negotiation certification from Yale University in October 2020, the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in July 2020, and the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2020.
