Daisuke Ugaeri

Daisuke Ugaeri has extensive work experience in the insurance industry, holding various leadership positions. Daisuke started their career at Tokyo Marine Holdings.Inc in 2016 as a department head, where they remained until 2019. In 2017, they joined Tokyo Marine Group as a General Manager and served in this role until 2020. Ugaeri then transitioned to Tokio Marine America, where they first held the position of Senior Vice President and later became President and CEO in April 2022.

Daisuke Ugaeri attended Waseda University from 1989 to 1994, where they pursued a degree in law. In 2017, they completed the Advanced Management Program 111 at INSEAD.
