Masaki Ishihara

Masaki Ishihara serves as the VP of Digital Innovation and Group Synergy, as well as the Manager of International Digital Strategy at Tokio Marine Group since April 2023. Prior to this role, Masaki held the position of Digital Transformation Manager at Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. from October 2018 to April 2023. Masaki’s earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager at MUFG from January 2013 to September 2018 and as a Senior Consultant at ABeam Consulting from October 2005 to December 2012. Masaki Ishihara earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno in May 2001.
