Mika Rautiainen

Mika Rautiainen is the current CEO at Tokmanni, a Finnish discount retailer. Mika has held various management positions at Kesko-K Group since 1988. In 2003, they became the managing director of Cassa Ltd., a Kesko subsidiary, and was responsible for starting up and closing down Kesko's hard discounter business. From 2005 to 2018, they were vice president of store operations at Kesko Grocery, where they were responsible for leading and developing Kesko's grocery concepts, building online food business and other digital services, management and implementation of Kesko Grocery's new strategy, management of partner businesses in all K food stores, and developing new businesses. Rautiainen has been with Tokmanni since 2018.

Mika Rautiainen has a Master of Quality from Helsinki University of Technology in Finland, and a Master of Sciences in Economics from University of Vaasa in Finland.
