Clinton Schroeder has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Clinton is currently the CEO and Co-founder of TOKNtechnology, where they are responsible for technology and innovation, business strategy, and digital transformation. Clinton has implemented cloud and mobility solutions in the mining sector, managing operations globally.
Prior to this, Clinton worked at BHP where they held various roles, including Improvement Advisor and Work Management - SAP Specialist. Clinton prioritized and executed improvements for the Global Technology Improvement team, focusing on innovation and digital technology strategy in mining. Clinton also managed teams, supported business leaders, and facilitated effective business-led transformations.
Clinton also worked at Coca Cola Amatil as the Systems Lead for CRM, implementing CRM systems and completing upgrades. At PwC, they served as a Management Consultant and SAP Specialist, providing expertise in KPIs, thought leadership, change management, and supportive services. Clinton was involved in projects with Dangote Group Cement, Mumias Sugar Refinery, Hitachi Power Africa, and DHL Logistics.
Additionally, Clinton worked at Volvo IT as a Lead CRM Consultant and SAP Specialist, where they designed and implemented customer relationship capabilities. Clinton also worked at Qatar Petroleum as a Systems Architect and SAP Specialist, establishing high-level systems architecture and design.
Earlier in their career, Clinton held roles at Dubai Aluminium, SABIC, Diageo, and Volkswagen of South Africa, where they focused on ERP implementations, sales, logistics, and productivity improvement. Overall, Clinton's work experience demonstrates their expertise in technology, innovation, business strategy, digital transformation, and project management.
Clinton Schroeder completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Industrial Engineering at Nelson Mandela University, from 1994 to 1998. Clinton later pursued an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern Queensland, completing it in the years 2009 to 2012. In addition to their degrees, Clinton also obtained two certifications: the SAP S/4 Hanna Deep Dive certification from SAP in July 2016 and the Foundation Certificate in User Experience from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in October 2015.
