Ihsan Satriawan

Ihsan Satriawan is a Research and Development Engineer at ByteDance since February 2024, focusing on improving seller experience on the Merchant Platform and leading frontend project stream integrations between TikTok Shop and Tokopedia. Previously, Ihsan has held various positions at Tokopedia since May 2017, including Engineering Manager for the Web Platform and Software Engineer Team Lead, overseeing the development of critical modules for the web browser. Additional experience includes roles at HijUp.com, Forum Indonesia Muda, and internships in data analysis and IT support. Ihsan earned a Master of Engineering in Informatics with a focus on Business Intelligence from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Universitas Padjadjaran. Achievements include maintaining a zero outage on the Seller Dashboard at Tokopedia.
