Andre Reis Dima Domingos has a diverse work experience, starting as a Supervisor at PwC in 1998 before moving to Gavea Investimentos as a Partner until 2011. Andre Reis then worked at Tellus as a Consultant in 2011, moving on to roles at Urbplan Desenvolvimento Urbano S.A. as Diretor Financeiro from 2013 to 2017, FS as a CFO in 2017-2018, The Carlyle Group as Finance VP from 2012 to 2018, and NCS Suplementos as CEO and CFO from 2018 to 2021. Andre Reis continued their CFO roles at BEYOUNG from 2021 to 2022, Mr. Cat from 2022 to 2023, and currently at Tok&Stok from 2023 onwards. Throughout their career, they have been involved in various financial, operational, and strategic aspects of leading companies.

Andre Reis Dima Domingos completed their high school education at Colégio Pedro II from 1983 to 1989. Andre Reis then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro from 1990 to 1994. Andre Reis continued their education with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at UERJ from 1996 to 2000, followed by an MBA in Financial and Economic Engineering at Universidade Federal Fluminense from 2000 to 2001. Lastly, they completed a Master's degree in Administration at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2006 to 2008.
