Derek Bassett

Derek Bassett has extensive experience in semiconductor production equipment and processes, serving as a Principal Research Scientist and Member of Technical Staff at Tokyo Electron US since September 2010. Key responsibilities include modeling and analysis for liquid phase etching and cleaning processes, coordinating research with experiments at the Kumamoto factory, representing the company at technical conferences, and mentoring fellow researchers.
