Masamichi Hara

Masamichi Hara is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience at TOKYO ELECTRON LIMITED since May 2016, currently serving as a System Engineer focused on logic contact metal platform design and innovative metal CVD hardware development. Prior to this role, Masamichi held various managerial positions, including overseeing MRAM PVD ESC work and development, as well as leading CVD-RU and ionized PVD engineering initiatives. Masamichi's career at Tokyo Electron began in April 1990, further solidifying expertise in PVD technology. Masamichi holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Osaka City University, completed between 1985 and 1989.
