Nicole Forrest

Nicole Forrest is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience in various human resources roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager and HR Business Partner at Tokyo Electron US since October 2010, Nicole has a proven track record in strategic HR leadership. Prior to this, Nicole was a Human Resources Generalist at Midcontinent from August 2007 to October 2010, where significant contributions were made to a tri-state business unit. Earlier experience includes a progression from HR Generalist/Staffing Specialist at Entrust Datacard (1999-2007) and a role as a Recruiter at techies.com (1999-2000). Nicole holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management (HR) from St. Cloud State University.
