Robert Hamre has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Robert started their career at Jeld-Wen as a Floor Manager, where they supervised employees, improved safety, quality, and efficiency, and developed tools for operational execution. Robert then moved to John Deere, where they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer, leading projects and implementing lean manufacturing principles. Robert later became an Assistant Business Unit Leader, responsible for achieving business unit goals and mentoring team leaders. After John Deere, Hamre joined Tokyo Electron US, initially as a Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Manager, focusing on achieving operational goals and implementing lean manufacturing. Robert then became an Operations Manager, responsible for achieving North American operational goals and managing manufacturing locations. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations, overseeing manufacturing excellence and developing new products for customers.
Robert Hamre earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from the University of Northern Iowa between 1998 and 2003. Robert then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business between 2013 and 2018.
