Brandon Wells

Brandon Wells is a highly experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Corporate Research and Development Chef at Tokyo Gardens Company since May 2023. With a robust background in leadership roles, Brandon has held the position of Executive Chef/Executive Sous at Central Market since September 2016 and previously worked as Executive Chef at Timarron Country Club from September 2015 to July 2016. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Chef at Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa from November 2011 to September 2015, as well as a Chef at the same resort from July 2006 to July 2011. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology, Business Management, and Military Science from Texas A&M University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
