Kurt Callegari, M.S., is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Corporate Research and Development Chef at Tokyo Gardens Catering since January 2021. With a strong foundation in culinary education, Kurt holds a Master's degree in Hospitality and Retail Management from Texas Tech University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management from the same institution, and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America. Previous professional roles include Culinary Course Development and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Texas Tech University, Private Chef at Salted Chef, and various positions in culinary management and preparation.
