Trevor Orsztynowicz

Trevor Orsztynowicz is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and product development. As a Venture Partner at Antler since September 2024 and Founding Engineer at Tola from January 2022, Trevor also serves as a Fractional CTO, leading significant projects including a comprehensive strategy for a telecommunications client and the management of a $3M budget to optimize back-office processes. Previous roles include VP Software Engineering at Bench Accounting and co-founder of caliper.io, where Trevor designed infrastructure for performance measurement across millions of devices. Additional leadership positions include Director of Product at Joyent and co-founder/CTO of Layerboom Systems, with a background in systems engineering from E-xact Transactions and NOC analysis at Q9 Networks. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Technology in Telecommunications Engineering from Sheridan College.
