Wendy Davis

Wendy Davis is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department since August 2023, Wendy previously held the position of AVP Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer at The University of Toledo, where responsibilities included overseeing all HR functions and collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. Other notable roles include President of the Northwest Ohio Human Resource Association, Director of Human Resources at Lucas County Children Services, and positions within the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction.
