Crystal Phelps is an accomplished arts professional with extensive experience in marketing, project management, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Collection Reinstallation Project Manager and Marketing Manager at the Toledo Museum of Art since April 2022, Crystal has previously held multiple roles at The Arts Commission, including Marketing Communications Manager and Momentum Festival Manager, where strategic communication and event oversight were key responsibilities. Crystal's background includes serving as Social Media Director at The Animal Behavior Center, custom framing management at Michaels Stores, and co-founding Launch Pad Cooperative, an artist-run contemporary art space. With a Master of Fine Arts from Maine College of Art & Design and a Bachelor of Fine Art from Arizona State University, Crystal brings a well-rounded perspective to the arts community.
