Dr. Jennifer McCary currently serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at the Toledo Museum of Art since January 2023. Prior to this role, McCary was the Chief Diversity and Belonging Officer at Bowling Green State University from January 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included leading the Division of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. McCary’s extensive experience also includes various positions at Gettysburg College from June 2011 to December 2017, such as Associate Dean/Title IX Coordinator and Director of the Women's Center, as well as roles at Loyola University Maryland and John Carroll University. McCary holds a Doctorate in Organization Development and Change, a Master's degree in College Student Personnel, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Education/Stone Sculpture, all from Bowling Green State University.
