Lauren Doherty

Lauren Doherty has a wealth of experience in a variety of industries. Lauren began their career in 1998 as a Supervisor at BAX Global, where they supervised a crew of up to 29 individuals and operated various pieces of heavy equipment. In 2007, they moved on to Heritage Research Group, where they worked as a Chemist, performing quantitative and qualitative analyses on various materials and ensuring that certain products met state regulations for quality. After that, they joined First Solar in 2008 as an Engineer and Development Engineering Technician III. Most recently, they have been working as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Toledo Solar since 2020. Additionally, they have been a Permanent Makeup Artist at BrightSide Beauty since 2018, offering permanent makeup solutions for brows, lips, or eyeliner, as well as advanced anti-aging skin care services such as microneedling and fibroblast.

Lauren Doherty attended Sylvania Southview High School from 1993 to 1996. Lauren then attended The University of Findlay from 1996 to 1998, though they did not receive a degree. Lauren then attended College campus careers from 1998 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Biology. In 2012, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the American Society for Quality.
