James Gaudet

Commercial HVAC Technician at Tolin Mechanical Systems

James Gaudet has extensive work experience in the HVAC industry. James began their career at Franks Heating in 2002, where they started as an entry-level tool helper and worked their way up to becoming a service technician. During their time at Franks Heating, they obtained an HVAC certificate and an EPA universal certificate for refrigerant handling.

In 2010, James joined the US Army as a Health Care Specialist, where they performed daily sick call, triage, and set up appointments. James was deployed for a year in Kuwait in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, providing 24/7 medical care on rotating night and day shifts.

After their military service, James worked as a Service Technician and Salesperson at Patriot Pros HVAC in 2015. James sold, installed, maintained, and repaired heating and cooling equipment and set up financing options for customers.

Later in 2015, James worked at Brunos Heating as a Lead Service Technician and Manager of retrofit installs. James sold, installed, maintained, and repaired heating and cooling units in both commercial and residential settings. James also provided emergency services to customers on nights and weekends.

In 2016, James joined Calibrating Air as an HVAC Service Technician, where they installed, maintained, and repaired heating and cooling equipment. James also worked on-call during nights and weekends for emergency services.

From 2016 to 2019, James worked at PAE as a Commercial HVAC Technician. James installed, maintained, and repaired commercial heating and cooling equipment, including water heaters, heat pumps, boilers, humidifiers, ice machines, and server rooms. James also provided on-call emergency services to customers during nights and weekends.

Most recently, in 2019, James joined Tolin Mechanical Systems as a Commercial HVAC Technician. Their responsibilities included installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial heating and cooling equipment, as well as programming networks and controls. James diagnosed and repaired or replaced electronic and mechanical components.

James Gaudet completed their education at Northern Essex Community College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Haverhill High School and earned their High School Diploma between 1998 and 2001.

In addition to their formal education, James Gaudet also obtained several certifications. James acquired a Mech 4 license from El Paso County, Colorado, USA in March 2014. In 2003, they earned an HVAC Certificate from Whittier Regional Vocational Technical High School. James also obtained a Universal Refrigerant License from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in 2003. The exact months for the obtained certifications are not provided.
