Mike Essig

Mike Essig has a diverse range of work experience spanning several companies. Mike began their career in 2003 at Southwire Company as a Machine Operator, where they managed inventory and ensured product quality. Mike later became a Maintenance Technician, developing and managing a preventative maintenance program for a plant with over 200 employees. In 2010, Mike joined EST Companies as a Senior Field Service Technician, responsible for overseeing international crew of maintenance technicians and managing service activities for large accounts. Mike eventually became a Service Manager, overseeing multiple Department of Defense contracts and national accounts. In 2017, Mike joined Tolin Mechanical Systems as a Service Manager, before transitioning to the role of Operations Manager in 2019.

Mike Essig attended Kingman High School from 1999 to 2003, where they earned their high school diploma. From 2006 to 2008, they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Mohave Community College. Finally, in 2012 to 2013, they pursued Business Management at Rio Salado College, although no specific degree was mentioned.
