Derrick Mann

Derrick Mann is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in project oversight and customer relations. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at Toll Brothers since September 2025, Derrick previously held the position of Project Manager at Brock Built Homes and Construction Manager at Lennar. Derrick's earlier roles include Customer Relations Manager at Century Communities, Inc. and various customer service positions at Ashton Woods Homes and Lennar. Prior to entering the construction industry, Derrick served as a Police Officer with the Cobb County Police Department and a Rifleman/Scout in the United States Marine Corps. Derrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Auburn University.
