Joseph Viesta

Joseph Viesta has extensive experience in community planning and project management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Director of Community Planning at Toll Brothers since November 2013, Joseph oversees home building operations in Monmouth and Middlesex Counties, NJ, with responsibilities ranging from land acquisition to customer service. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Toll Brothers, as well as positions at Target and Wentworth Group, where Joseph managed large teams and significant budgets. Joseph’s career began at Goldman Sachs as a Financial Analyst, providing auditing and risk assessment expertise. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from St. John's University.
