Stuart Glassic

Stuart Glassic is a seasoned professional in land development management, currently holding the position of Senior Land Development Manager at Toll Brothers since October 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Land Development Manager and Assistant Superintendent at Hodges & Hicks General Contractors, where involvement in key projects such as the Alpharetta City Center and Mount Vernon Presbyterian School showcased project leadership and execution capabilities. Stuart also gained valuable experience as a Field Engineer and during internships focusing on church renovation and student housing construction. The educational foundation consists of a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University, where Stuart was also a member of the co-ed cheerleading team. Additional early career experience includes surveying work for intersection improvements with Atkins.
