Fadzi Mkandla

Fadzi Mkandla has a diverse work experience. In 2010, they worked as a Sales Advisor at Phones 4u, where they gained valuable experience in customer service and sales. Fadzi then pursued a freelance career as an Artist, creating photorealistic drawings and gaining a significant following on social media. In 2014, they joined EE as a Senior Sales Advisor, focusing on customer service and achieving sales targets. During this time, they maintained high customer satisfaction scores. Fadzi also worked at Digitronix Ltd as the Head of Print, where they managed the print department and implemented workflow processes to increase productivity and revenue. In 2018, they co-founded their own company, Toll, and served as the CEO. Currently, they are working as a Digital Product Consultant at Digitronix Ltd, leading the agency's digital product offering and ensuring strong aesthetic and usability in product design.

Fadzi Mkandla completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Physiology from the University of Leeds from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Notre Dame Sixth Form College from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued A Levels in Maths, Chemistry, Biology, and Physical Education. Fadzi's earlier education was at Allerton High School from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained 10 GCSEs.
