Stace Porter, Ph.D., MBA, is an experienced pharmaceutical professional with a strong background in development and leadership roles. Currently, Stace serves as the Senior Vice President of Development at Tolmar. Prior to this, Stace held various positions at companies such as Sandoz, Pfizer, and Hospira. At Sandoz, Stace led the development centers in Austria, focusing on both small molecule generic formulations and small molecule oncology and oncology-related generic formulations. During Stace's time at Pfizer, they served as the Head of Pharmaceutical Development in Chennai, India, overseeing the development of generic injectable pharmaceuticals. Stace also worked at Hospira, where they held roles as Associate Director R&D and Sr. Group Leader R&D, leading technical transfer activities and managing a team of scientists. Stace has a strong academic foundation, having worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Oklahoma.

In 1991, Stace began their studies at the University of Oklahoma, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry. They successfully completed this degree in 1996. Continuing their educational journey, Stace pursued a higher level of expertise by enrolling in a Ph.D. program in Biochemistry at the University of Oklahoma in 1997. Graduating in 2003, they obtained their Ph.D. degree. In 2002, Stace decided to broaden their knowledge and gain skills in management, leading them to pursue an MBA degree at the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business. They achieved this degree in 2004. Through this extensive educational background, Stace Porter has developed a strong foundation in chemistry, biochemistry, and management.
