Steven Sledz

Steven Sledz has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Steven has held various positions in different industries including IT, banking, and construction.

In their most recent role as Senior Director of Information Technology at Tolmar, Steven provided strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of IT infrastructure. Steven focused on ensuring availability, performance, reliability, and scalability of IT infrastructure, including cloud and on-premise systems.

Prior to their role at Tolmar, Steven worked at Parametric Technology Corporation as the North America Information Technology Manager and Program Manager. Prior to entering the IT field, Steven worked at Norwest Bank as the Rocky Mountain Regional Credit Manager, where they originated consumer and real estate lending.

Steven's early work experience includes a role as an Operations Manager at Cascio Construction Company, where they managed residential construction projects.

Steven Sledz completed their education in a chronological order. Steven started their academic journey in 1985 at Merrimack College, where they pursued a field of study in Electrical Engineering. Steven attended Merrimack College until 1987. In the following year, from 1987 to 1988, Steven attended Middlesex Community College, where they focused on Fine Arts but did not earn a degree. Continuing their education, from 1988 to 1990, they attended Colorado State University, acquiring a B.A. in Economics and Finance. Lastly, from 2009 to 2012, Steven pursued a degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at the University of Phoenix, obtaining an MBA.
