Aleksei Novikov

Aleksei Novikov has a varied work experience in the field of business analysis and strategy. Aleksei began their career at PwC in 2018 as a Research Assistant. In 2019, they joined Gazprom Neft, where they held roles as a BI Business analyst, Business Analyst, and Senior Business Analyst. In these positions, they contributed to key projects involving corporate strategy and process reengineering. In 2021, Novikov worked as a Business Analyst at EPAM Anywhere before joining Toloka in 2022 as a Strategy & Business Operations analyst.

Aleksei Novikov completed their education at the Higher School of Economics from 2019 to 2021, where they earned a Master's degree in Finance, specializing in General Finance. Prior to that, they attended Saint Petersburg State University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics. In addition to their formal education, Aleksei also obtained several certifications. In December 2020, they completed the Development program for anti-crisis leaders and teams of the digital economy with a specialization in data analysis at Innopolis University. In April 2019, they participated in the Start Up School program at Saint Petersburg State University. In October 2018, Aleksei completed the Consulting Academy program offered by SF Education, and in August 2018, they were recognized as the strongest participant in the Changellenge Summer School organized by Changellenge >> Capital.
