Oleg Zubkov

Oleg Zubkov has work experience in various roles and companies. Oleg is currently working at Toloka as a Crowd Solutions Architect since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at GlowByte Consulting as an Analyst from July 2021 to January 2022. In 2021, they also had a role as a Data Science Trainee at Elbrus Coding Bootcamp, where they gained knowledge in data manipulation, ML algorithms, DL, and Spark, along with a strong foundation in statistics, probability theory, and linear algebra. Before that, they served as the Head of C&B at Rostelecom-Solar from February 2019 to February 2021. Oleg also has experience at Korn Ferry Hay Group, where they worked as a Consultant, Associate Consultant, and Junior Consultant from 2015 to 2019.

Oleg Zubkov completed their Master's degree in Human Resource Management in Compensation and Benefits at the Higher School of Economics from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) between 2007 and 2013. In addition to their formal education, Oleg has also obtained several certifications, including "Managing Employee Compensation," "Managing Employee Performance," "Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding Employees," and "Preparing to Manage Human Resources" from Coursera in 2018 and 2019. Oleg has also completed courses in "Strategy Implementation," "Strategy Formulation," and "Strategic Management" from the Copenhagen Business School in 2016 and 2017.
