Valentina Mikhno

Valentina Mikhno's work experience begins in 2012 as a Real Estate Manager at Laguna Balt. In 2014, they became the Deputy CEO at Sport Club Volna, where they managed resources and organized tennis competitions. In 2016, Valentina joined Ticker Invest as an Executive Partner to the CEO, handling administrative duties and opening a new office. Later that year, they joined JUG Ru Group as a Project Manager, coordinating conferences and building relationships with speakers. In 2018, Valentina worked at Samsa Videos as a Project Manager. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Tech PR Manager at Avito, where they developed internal communications strategies and organized events for the Product & Tech department. Currently, Valentina is working as a Community Project Manager at Toloka, starting in May 2021.

Valentina Mikhno started their education at Saint Petersburg State University in 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Innovations Management. Valentina completed this program in 2016. In 2012 and 2013, Valentina attended Universidade de Aveiro, focusing on Economics. Valentina also had an opportunity to study abroad as an exchange student at HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne in 2017. Valentina later returned to Saint Petersburg State University and obtained their Master's degree in Business Economics and Innovations Management in 2018. Additionally, they briefly studied Business Administration and Management at Korea University in 2015.
