Pen Howell

Pen Howell is a seasoned professional in community engagement and project management, currently serving as the Community Impact Project Manager at Wintrust Financial Corporation since January 2025 and as an Advisor at Adiemus Impact since April 2023. Previously, Pen Howell was the Head of Community at BLCK VC from July 2023 to January 2025, leading strategies to support a network of Black venture investors.
