Yulia Goretaya

Yulia Goretaya currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for AI tutors at Toloka, starting December 2023. Prior to this role, Yulia was the Head of the graduate recruitment team at Yandex, overseeing a team of eight recruiters and actively managing recruitment needs through initiatives such as Development Schools, which successfully trained hundreds of students. Yulia also collaborated with top universities to organize numerous events aimed at attracting IT interns. Previous experience includes serving as an HR Team Lead and HR Business Partner at an HR agency specializing in EdTech and Digital Market, where Yulia provided strategic recruitment and personnel management advice to companies. Yulia's career began at MTS Group, where significant contributions included establishing a programming contest and IT internship programs, culminating in the successful employment of numerous interns. Yulia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Petersburg State University and completed an exchange program in Business Administration at the University of Lausanne.
