Tol'yattiazot PAO, formerly Tol'yattiazot OAO, is a Russia-based company, which is active within the manufacture of fertilizers and nitrogen compounds. This sector includes production of ammonia, carbon acid, urea, basalt fiber and film, urea formaldehyde concentrate (UFC), refractory materials and frit, as well as ceramic production. The Company owns plant, which includes seven ammonia production units and two for urea, on a site covering over 200 hectares. It is constructed the deep-water sea port for transshipment of ammonia and other important commercial cargo on the Taman Peninsula, Krasnodar region. The Company sells its products on the domestic market, as well as exports them abroad. It operates mainly in Samara and Krasnodar territory through several wholly owned subsidiaries and affiliated companies, located across the Russian Federation.
