Nicki Rhett

Nicki Rhett (Dixson) serves as the Senior Manager of Global Digital Education at Tom Ford Beauty since June 2022, focusing on the creation of innovative digital learning content and enhancing user experience through data analysis and collaboration with the Education & Artistry team. Previously, Nicki held the position of Manager, Global Digital Education at MAC Cosmetics, where responsibilities included developing eLearning content and managing LMS/CMS operations. Prior experience also includes a decade at Aveda, in roles from Manager of Professional Development to Educator, overseeing curriculum development, student placement, and leading educational initiatives. Nicki holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Minnesota and a Cosmetology License from Aveda.
