Sophia Marie Honert

Sophia Marie Honert currently serves as Senior Manager of Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility at Tom Tailor since January 2023, after previously holding various positions within the company including Manager of Sustainability Projects and Senior Manager of Online Trade Marketing. With extensive experience in product and division management, Sophia has contributed significantly to multiple departments, such as KIDS, MINIS, and BABY, and led collaborations on special collections with notable publications. Prior to Tom Tailor, significant roles at Bonita GmbH and earlier tenure at Tom Tailor demonstrate a strong background in marketing and product management. Sophia holds a Master of Arts in Marketing and Communication from IED Barcelona, a Bachelor in Textile and Clothing Management from Hochschule Niederrhein, and has furthered expertise in New Work and modern workplace coaching.
