Carbon Operations Manager at Tomago Aluminium

Magali Gendre possesses extensive experience in the aluminium industry, serving in multiple roles at Tomago Aluminium since July 2011, including Carbon Operations Manager, Site Technical Manager, Production Manager, Operations Superintendent, and Carbon Process Leader. Prior to this, Magali held the position of R&D Manager at Rio Tinto Alcan from June 2007 to June 2011, leading a team focused on research and development activities. Magali started the career as an R&D Engineer at Aluminium Pechiney - Alcan between October 2001 and May 2007, contributing to the development of new carbon technologies. In addition to technical expertise, Magali is also a certified Creatrix® Transformologist®, actively helping women overcome mental and emotional blocks to improve their careers and personal lives since May 2017. Magali's educational background includes a degree in Electrochemistry and chemical engineering from Grenoble INP - UGA and certifications from Process Communication Oceania and the National Coaching Institute.
