Stephanie Heller has had a successful career in the finance industry. Stephanie began their career in 2005 as a Credit Risk Analyst in the Credit Rating Division at Calyon Corporate and Investment Banking. In 2006, they moved to Dubai Islamic Bank as an M&A Analyst in the Middle East and Africa Region. In 2007, they joined Deutsche Bank as a member of the Merger Acquisition Industrials Team. In 2009, they became a Private Equity Manager and Investment Advisor at Cape Capital AG, where they were responsible for organizing club deals, managing existing portfolios and exits, sourcing new opportunities, and structuring transactions. In 2012, Stephanie founded The Real Economy Effect GmbH, a specialist wealth advisory boutique that helps Family Offices and HNWIs make direct investments into private companies in growth capital and venture capital. In 2014, they co-founded tomato pay and became a Managing Partner and Founder at Bootstrap Europe, where they have supported entrepreneurs and their investors in more than 230 European transactions.

Stephanie Heller (Galantine) completed their education history with a Master in Finance and Management from HEC Paris in 2007. Stephanie had previously participated in an Exchange Program at Auckland University of Technology in 2004, where they studied Economy and Management. Her education began in 2001 at Louis-Le-Grand, where they completed a Prépa in Maths and Economy.
