Tani Bland

Tani Bland's work experience includes positions at various companies in the fashion industry. Tani started their career in 2012 as a Personal Stylist at bebe stores. Tani then interned at Rieley and Halston in 2013, gaining experience in fashion design and merchandising. In the same year, they collaborated with Mattel, Inc. and designer Rod Beattie to design a life-size Barbie swimwear line. Tani also worked with Eddie Bauer on a mentorship to create an outdoor wear line. In 2014, Tani participated in mentorships with Morgane Le Fay and Bob Mackie Design Group, Ltd., where they created dresses inspired by underwater creatures and designed an evening gown. Tani joined Abercrombie & Fitch in 2014 as a Fashion Design Intern and later became an Associate Designer and then Designer, leading teams and launching new product lines. Since 2022, Tani has been working at TomboyX, initially as a Senior Designer and currently as the Director of Product Design.

Tani Bland attended Otis College of Art and Design from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design. During their time at the college, from 2012 to 2015, they also pursued a Minor in Sustainability Studies.
