Tommy Gruederich is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the technology sector. As a Founding Partner at TomCat Ventures since August 2018, Tommy focuses on early-stage investments, fostering sustainable businesses driven by passionate teams. Previously, Tommy served as the CEO of Pdftools from October 2022 to September 2024, contributing to enterprise developer solutions within the Smallpdf group. Tommy co-founded test IO in September 2011 and held the position of Chief Sales Officer until its acquisition by EPAM Systems in 2019, where Tommy then became the Head of test IO for the EMEA region until October 2022. Tommy has also held various investor and advisory roles, including positions at CrowdSmart.io and multiple startups in the technology and blockchain sectors. Educationally, Tommy holds multiple advanced degrees in International Management and business from prestigious institutions.
