Patrick Hanna, PhD, is a Scientist II at Tome Biosciences since December 2022, specializing in designing and executing in vivo studies involving lipid nanoparticles and adeno-associated viruses for gene editing and genomic integration strategies using CRISPR tools in mice. Previously, as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Massachusetts General Hospital from March 2019 to November 2022, Patrick focused on generating new mouse models and conducting in-vitro biology research. In a prior role at Paris-Sud University from August 2018 to January 2020, leadership of a research team characterized novel mutations in the parathyroid hormone receptor, while Patrick's earlier work at the same university involved significant research during the PhD program on skeletal growth and genetic markers related to pseudohypoparathyroidism. Patrick holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular Biology, a Master's degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology, and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, all from esteemed institutions in France.
