Allen Kleiner

Allen Kleiner is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in product engineering and growth strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Growth & Core Product Engineering at Tome, Allen has previously held key engineering management roles at Pave and Segment, where responsibilities included overseeing self-service growth and design systems. Prior to these positions, Allen gained valuable experience as a software engineer at Impira and Pinterest, contributing to projects in social products, core UI, and web platforms.
